The Health Ombudsman took immediate registration action by suspending the registration of Curtis Shea Mickan, effective 17 June 2021.

The suspension of registration means that Curtis Shea Mickan is prohibited from practicing as a Pharmacist for the duration of the suspension.

In accordance with section 62(2) of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 (the Act), the Health Ombudsman’s decision will continue to have effect until:

• the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal sets the decision aside

or

• the Health Ombudsman revokes the suspension imposed on Curtis Shea Mickan's registration under section 65 of the Act.
