The Health Ombudsman took immediate registration action by imposing conditions on the registration of Medical Practitioner Dr Robert Moon Tong Yau, effective 30 September 2016.

As a result of the conditions, Dr Yau is prohibited from dealing with any controlled drug, unless prescribed to him by another health practitioner for a genuine therapeutic purpose.
