The Health Ombudsman took immediate registration action by imposing conditions on the registration of Dr Terence Wai Hoong Teh, effective 11 September 2020.

One of the conditions imposed on Dr Terence Wai Hoong Teh’s registration is the requirement that he must not have contact with female patients.
