Lee-Ann Olga Chambers

30 November 2022

The Health Ombudsman took immediate registration action by imposing conditions on the registration of Lee-Ann Olga Chambers, registered nurse, effective 30 November 2022.

The Health Ombudsman then varied the immediate registration action by removing the conditions and suspending Lee-Ann Olga Chambers’ registration, effective 18 April 2023.

The suspension of registration means that Lee-Ann Olga Chambers is prohibited from practising as a registered nurse for the duration of the suspension.

Details of Lee-Ann Olga Chambers' registration can be viewed in full on the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency website.

In accordance with section 62(2) of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 (the Act), the Health Ombudsman's decision will continue to have effect until:

  • the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal sets the decision aside
    or
  • the Health Ombudsman revokes the suspension imposed on Lee-Ann Olga Chambers' registration under section 65 of the Act.
