Pursuant to section 107(4)(b)(i) of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 (Qld), the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal decided that the practitioner is prohibited from working as a pharmacy assistant / dispensary assistant / dispensary technician until such time the practitioner obtains registration as a health practitioner under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland) or a corresponding law of another state or territory of Australia.
