Monitoring information for practitioners

Information and forms for health practitioners subject to immediate registration action or a prohibition order.

If you are subject to immediate registration action or a prohibition order, it is important that you comply with the details of the action or order.

At the outset of monitoring, you will be provided with information that may include:

  • the methods and data used to monitor and assess compliance
  • your reporting requirements
  • descriptions of what would constitute non-compliance and possible responses to non-compliance.

For more information about our compliance monitoring process, refer to the frequently asked questions (FAQs) below.

If you are a registered health practitioner, you may also have restrictive actions taken against you by your national practitioner registration board. This information is available on the Aphra website.
