The Health Ombudsman issued a prohibition order to Reyn Fatmah Wilkinson on 10 April 2025.

The practitioner is prohibited permanently from providing any health service, paid or otherwise, in a clinical capacity, which involves physical contact with patients/consumers.

Period of action or order

The prohibition order will continue to have effect until:

• the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal sets aside the decision, or
• the Health Ombudsman decides to revoke the order pursuant to section 90M of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013.
