Pursuant to section 107(4)(b)(i) of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 (Qld), the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal decided that the practitioner is prohibited from providing any health service, paid or unpaid, for a period of 12 years, in any case until such time as he becomes a registered health practitioner.
