Pursuant to section 107(4)(b)(i) of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 (Qld), the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal decided that the practitioner is prohibited, until such time as he obtains registration as a registered health practitioner, or until the expiration of a period of five (5) years from the date of this order, from providing any health service.
