On 30 June 2022, the practitioner was prohibited permanently from providing any health service, paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity to female patients.

On 8 December 2023, the order was varied so that the practitioner is permanently prohibited from providing any health service, paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity.

This means that the practitioner must not provide any health services at all.
