Pursuant to section 107(4)(b)(i) of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 (Qld), the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal decided that the practitioner is prohibited from providing any pregnancy-related health service or birth-related health service until such time as the practitioner obtains registration as a midwife.
