The Health Ombudsman issued a prohibition order to Constantin Aciobanitei on 21 February 2025.

(‘Female’ is defined as any individual whose biological sex is that of a female, as well as individuals whose gender identity or gender expression is that of a female.)
Period of action or order
The prohibition order will continue to have effect until:
- the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal sets aside the decision, or
- the Health Ombudsman decides to revoke the order pursuant to section 90M of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013.
