25 Feb. 2026
The Health Ombudsman issued a prohibition order imposing restrictions on the provision of health services provided by Phillip Howard Golding, effective 25 August 2021.
The Health Ombudsman then varied the prohibition order by removing the restrictions and prohibiting the practitioner from permanently providing any health service, paid or otherwise, in a clinical or non-clinical capacity, effective 25 February 2026.
This means the practitioner must not provide any health services at all.
Period of action or order
The prohibition order will continue to have effect until:
- the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal sets aside the decision, or
- the Health Ombudsman decides to revoke the order pursuant to section 90M of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013.
