Supplier payment verification
The Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO) uses Eftsure as part of our secure supplier payment verification process.
Eftsure is a secure payment verification platform designed to protect and validate the financial information of suppliers. It safeguards payments against fraud by verifying ABN, GST registration status, and bank account details, ensuring payments are made to the correct recipient.
What do I need to do?
If you have supplied goods or services to the OHO and are either a new supplier or have recently changed your bank account details, you will receive an email from Eftsure with a secure link to verify your information.
This link will take you to Eftsure’s secure supplier verification portal.
In the portal, you will be asked to provide:
Business name
ABN
Bank account details
How to verify your bank account
You can verify your details by either:
Using a secure link to your bank, or
Requesting a phone call from the Eftsure team to confirm your information.
If you choose the phone verification option, you can confirm the legitimacy of the call by asking the Eftsure team to verify details from your registration.
Once your details have been verified, the information will be securely shared with us to ensure payments are processed safely and accurately.
