The Health Ombudsman issued a prohibition order to Peter Angeli on 4 September 2024.

The practitioner is prohibited from providing or supporting any health service, paid or otherwise in a clinical or non-clinical capacity until such time as he obtains registration as a health practitioner under the National Law.

This means the practitioner must not provide any health services at all.

Period of action or order

The prohibition order will continue to have effect until:

• the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal sets aside the decision, or
• the Health Ombudsman decides to revoke the order pursuant to section 90M of the Health Ombudsman Act 2013.
